Kaile Hilliard holds a Masters in Social Work from Colorado State University and is licensed in Colorado as a Clinical Social Worker.  Kaile is a former long term care state surveyor and has over a decade of experience as a consultant and regulatory expert in the long term care industry.  

Maritza Straub

Maritza Straub, C.T.R.S., graduated from Kent State University with degrees in therapeutic recreation and psychology. Maritza has over a decade of experience working in long-term care in direct care, as a surveyor, as a consultant both managing surveys and completing pre-surveys, and as a regulatory expert in the long term care industry..
